Situation

Aryo had established a presence in a few industries and wanted to expand into new markets. They needed help choosing the next 2-3 industries to target and asked for an audit of their marketing and sales tactics.   • A shortlist of three high-priority industries for Aryo’s expansion, narrowed down from an initial list of 148.

  • In-depth insights into each shortlisted industry, enabling Aryo to confidently evaluate market potential and strategic fit.

  • A comprehensive marketing and sales strategy with actionable steps for both the short term (Phase 1) and long term (Phase 2) to support growth efforts.

  • A final presentation delivered within three weeks, providing Aryo with a clear roadmap for expanding into new industries and improving their marketing and sales strategies.
